Randomaquariumitis is a condition caused by a overflow of complete bollocks and the inane that spills out onto the internet from the brains of monkeys trying to write plays to submit to the BBC. It is also a made up word to name a blog about random things on the internet, stupid discussions, you tube clips, musings on the world, and utter rubbish we submit to the BBC.
In other words, it's a blog written by two geeks.
